Our team is responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, and we're looking for a skilled and experienced leader to join our team.What You Will Be DoingAs a Team Lead, you will be responsible for:Coordinating training activities, including the development of training programs, content, and materials, to meet the needs of the organization.Overseeing the maintenance team, ensuring that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures, and that vehicle modifications meet customer specifications.Conducting technical analysis and oversight of product implementations, modifications, enhancements, maintenance, and repair, to ensure alignment with customer specifications.Troubleshooting problems and issues, determining solutions, and recommending actions to company or customer representatives.Ensuring the delivery of high-quality training sessions, providing effective knowledge transfer to personnel.Assessing product needs, managing subordinate training requirements, and conducting product briefings with customers, vendors, and company representatives.Why Join UsWe're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our team.
