Analytical Chemist

Pay Rate Low: 25.00 | Pay Rate High: 40.00 Our client is an industry leader in providing high-quality, affordable generic pharmaceutical products nationwide. Our client puts their employees first and has upgraded their equipment to state of the art equipment. They are seeking an Analytical Chemist to join their team!

Schedule: 1st shift
Pay: $25-$40/hr DOE
Type of Job: Temp to hire

Responsibilities:

Perform analytical testing such as HPLC, GC, pH, loss on drying, residue on ignition, Karl Fischer, and wet chemistry techniques
Document all testing and results
Method transfer and method validation
Perform troubleshooting on instrumentation
Mentor team members on new/revised skills and procedures

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry
3+ years of experience in analytical testing of pharmaceutical products in a manufacturing setting
Knowledge on GMP, USP, and FDA regulations
Experience with HPLC and GC
Experience with method validation
