Employees enjoy paid breaks and lunch, along with a team-focused culture where everyone is treated like family.Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!CNC Brake Press Operator Details:Temporary position$ 18.00 / hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:00pm)Safely set up and operate CNC press brake and other equipment to form sheet metal according to work orders, blueprints, and specifications.Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality requirements and complete required documentation.Maintain machinery using TPM practices and keep workstations organized according to 6S standards.Repair or rework sheet metal when cost-effective and as required by engineering changes or revisions.Follow all PPE, safety, attendance, performance, and conduct requirements while completing other assigned duties.CNC Brake Press Operator Qualifications:Previous experience operating a CNC press brake or similar sheet metal fabrication equipment preferred.Ability to read and follow work orders, blueprints, specifications, and engineering revisions.Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect parts for quality and accuracy.Must be able to follow safety procedures, wear required PPE, and maintain 6S standards.Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
