Be willing to accept cases including Covid and Covid Person Under Investigation patients as required. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current California Physical Therapist License. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Valid Driver's License and auto insurance. Current immunizations including TB, MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, TDaP, and annual Flu vaccine.
