Parts Sales Specialist

LHH is partnering with a growing organization to hire a Parts Sales Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving, coordinating orders, and providing excellent customer support.

Nashville, TN | Contract 6+ months (with potential for long-term hire) | $23$25/hour

What You'll Do

• Ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
• Manage high-volume order processing and coordinate delivery timelines
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and updates
• Research product availability, pricing, and order details within internal systems
• Process order changes, returns, and shipment updates as needed
• Partner with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure timely fulfillment
• Review orders for accuracy and maintain detailed records in company systems
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer experience

What You Bring

• 2+ years of customer service, order management, or logistics experience
• Experience working in a high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/SAP experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable learning product or technical information
• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
