Join Brown-Forman as the On and Off Premise Market Manager for San Francisco and South Bay! Lead and innovate in this exciting market, driving brand success through strategic initiatives, impactful relationships, and flawless execution. What You Can Expect: Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact with key on and off premise account groups for San Francisco and the South Bay area, covering the entire Brown‑Forman portfolio of brands. Create Impact: Design, develop, and implement key customer‑focused win‑win initiatives that enhance Brown‑Forman and customer profitability. Build Relationships: Establish and nurture positive customer rapport at all levels across assigned territory. Drive Success: Conduct business performance reviews with the distributor leadership to achieve state plans. Collaborate: Partner with Brown‑Forman National Account Teams and Regional Distributor Account Team to ensure flawless execution of Independent and Chain programs. Innovate: Work with the Brown‑Forman e‑premise team to communicate cutting‑edge programs and execution plans to distributors and customers. Champion Brands: Develop and execute on and off premise brand‑building plans in collaboration with distributors in San Francisco and South Bay area. Win at Point of Purchase: Champion the on and off premise effort at the point of purchase, ensuring superior distributor execution of brand initiatives. Connect: Engage with and influence key external contacts, including distributor partners, retailers, consumers, and agencies. Planning & Analysis: Strategize: Lead on and off premise teams to gather local market feedback for specific brand plans, setting clear objectives and priorities. Agility: Coordinate communication of plan adjustments based on market performance and success. Manage Budgets: Manage budget responsibilities to drive financial success. Be the Key Contact: Develops and/or ensures proper activation of all programs for the Reyes Beverage Group team members through weekly field work with and meetings for on and off premise general market. Ensure Alignment with Golden Brands San Francisco, Golden Brands San Jose & Golden Brands Monterey Business Units. Activate Programs: Develop and ensure the proper activation of all on and off premise programs. Lead Initiatives: Oversee the execution of on and off premise pull programming and all branded initiatives. Implement Plans: Execute the Brown‑Forman business plan with the on and off premise team, holding them accountable for results. Manage Agencies: Oversee third‑party promotion agencies for on and off premise, ensuring alignment with Brown‑Forman business and brand plans. What Makes You Unique: Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the beverage alcohol and/or beverage industry with a proven track record of meeting key metrics and a strong, consistent presence in the market with key accounts and customers. Coaching: Strong coaching and sales training skills. Partnership Skills: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders, while actively seeking opportunities to collaborate with leaders across various channels, functions, and geographies. Enterprise Mindset: Able to prioritize the overall Brown‑Forman business needs above specific territory or team needs. Ability to travel and work nights and weekends as required, with a valid state driver’s license and the capability to lift 60 pounds. Systems Proficiency i.e. Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and/or other business operations software. Pay The base pay range for this role will be $84,000 – $90,000 plus a 25% cost of labor allowance bringing the range of pay to $105,000 – $112,500 paid semi‑monthly plus a 25% bonus. The 25% bonus will be calculated off the base pay and cost of labor allowance paid annually contingent on performance of the company and individual.
