A to Z Quality Fencing is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Specialist/Director to join our team in Hartford, WI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets
- Identify and prioritize key accounts and establish relationships with potential customers
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events
- Present product demonstrations and proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales contracts to meet revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities
- 5+ years of sales experience in the fencing industry or related field
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
