Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as an SLP in Iowa
• Preferred experience in pediatrics, early childhood, and elementary settings
• Familiarity with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and school-based practices
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities Include:

• Assessing, diagnosing, and treating students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborating closely with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure student progress
• Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to well-rounded student support strategies
