Elwood Staffing is hiring a Weld Technician for a manufacturing company in Warsaw!

Welding Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$20.00 to $22.00 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)

Perform MIG welding on steel parts and components.
Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and weld specifications.
Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and proper finish.
Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
Use hand tools, measuring tools, and fabrication equipment as needed.

Welding Qualifications:

MIG steel welding experience required.
TIG aluminum welding experience is a plus.
Spot welding experience is a plus.
Must be mechanically inclined and reliable.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
Willingness to train in TIG aluminum and spot welding if needed.
