Position: Manufacturing Laborer We're looking for a skilled, reliable, and motivated Manufacturing Laborer to join our growing team. What You'll Be Doing As a Manufacturing Laborer, your role will be hands-on and essential to the production process: Assemble materials according to specifications with a focus on accuracy and detail. Use hand and power tools confidently and safely to complete tasks. Measure and cut materials using tape measures and other tools precision matters! Assist the Shop Supervisor with daily warehouse and production tasks. Wrap and move pallets, unload trucks, check and distribute incoming materials. Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop and warehouse space. Support shipping and receiving operations as needed. What You Bring to the Team A natural mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on work. Experience and comfort with tools, machinery, and manual labor. Ability to read a tape measure accurately and follow assembly instructions. Strong initiative and attention to detail you take pride in doing the job right. Fluent in English or Spanish.
