Senior Implementation Manager
The Senior Implementation Manager will own client implementations from start to finish, ensuring smooth go-live processes that typically span 4-12 months. You will collaborate closely with Solutions Architects to customize project plans that include milestones and risk management while leading all client-facing interactions with professionalism and clarity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end client implementations and lead project planning efforts.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, providing guidance and managing scope changes effectively.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve conflicts and anticipate potential issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in implementation or technology project management.
- Proven ability to handle multiple complex projects with excellent communication skills.
- Strong executive presence and comfort navigating technical discussions.
