Child Care Teacher – Fort Gibson Early Learning Center, Fort Gibson, Oklahoma Location: Fort Gibson, Oklahoma Starting Date: Immediately Position Type: Full‑Time FLSA Status: Non‑Exempt Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent CDA or COM preferred, but not required; ELECT training required in the first 90 days of employment; safe sleep training required once hired; additional training may be required Ability to work well with children and adults Capable of performing duties and tasks as assigned, independently and in a dependable and prompt manner Record of good attendance on the job Clear criminal history record Reports To Child Care Director Essential Job Functions Provide instruction, supervision, and love to children in an early childhood classroom setting. Teachers will assist in, develop, and implement lesson plans and classroom activities throughout the daily schedule; maintain all applicable licensing guidelines; communicate with families; and ensure the health, safety, and well‑being of children within their care.
