Celtic Property Management is seeking an experienced, energetic, and leadership-driven Leasing Agent to join our growing team.

Responsibilities Include:

• Leading leasing operations and occupancy growth
• Supporting marketing and resident retention initiatives
• Assisting with Tax Credit compliance and leasing documentation
• Training and motivating leasing staff
• Delivering exceptional customer service to residents and prospects
• Supporting community events and resident engagement
• Working closely with Property Management leadership to achieve operational goals

Qualifications:

• Previous leasing experience required
• Tax Credit / LIHTC experience preferred
• Leadership experience preferred
• Strong customer service, sales, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Yardi or property management software experience preferred
