What You'll Be Doing Every Day: Help out with providing outpatient physical therapy services Work closely with licensed physical therapists to come up with treatment plans Carry out therapeutic exercises and modalities Educate patients on exercises to do at home and self-care techniques Keep track of patient progress and stay in touch with the healthcare team Skills You Need: Experience in outpatient rehabilitation is preferred Willingness to learn Experience in outpatient rehabilitation would be helpful Good communication skills Aversion to drama is a must Eligibility to be Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Arkansas Skills That Would Be Nice to Have: Experience in manual therapy Knowledge of outpatient orthopedics Skills in soft tissue mobilization Knowledge of adaptive equipment Technical Skills you should have We will teach you everything!
