At Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining quality and production standards, ensuring our products meet the highest levels of excellence. A Day in the Life:

• Operate production equipment and address mechanical issues
• Perform quality tests and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

• 1+ year of basic knowledge of machinery preferred.
• Experience with production equipment is a plus.
• Familiarity with quality testing.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Basic math skills including use of formulas, decimals, and fractions.
• Knowledge of simple measuring devices.
• Ability to stand continuously for an 8-hour period.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

This role entails standing for long periods, operating machinery, and handling materials. You must be able to work in a dynamic and sometimes fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $21.69/hr. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
