Senior Client Partner (United States)

Full-time

Euvic US

High Level View:

If you have trusted relationships with leaders who build software, we can deliver for them and for you.

That's the heart of this role. Your relationships open the door, and 6,000+ engineers with a 20-year delivery track record stand behind every conversation.

This role suits people who like to solve real problems, build something new, and grow with what they build. You'd join a small US team in a largely untapped market, with a real say in how the business develops.

Remote, US Eastern/Central · $150K–$200K base + uncapped commission · New-logo sales role.

It's early here. Below we share more about what that means for those who join us, the honest tradeoffs and why we're excited.

Ground Level View:

Who we are and who we work with

We are Euvic US, a nimble team of fewer than 30, backed by more than 6,000 engineers, with 20+ years of delivery across Europe.

We work with mid-market and early-enterprise tech companies that build software, not just use it. Our buyers lead the teams behind revenue-generating products: CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and product leaders. Our deepest experience is in fintech, healthcare tech, retail, supply chain and manufacturing technology.

What we offer clients

Ready-made engineering teams for custom software delivery: building new products, modernizing existing platforms, and bringing AI into both. Cloud, QA, and DevOps come as part of that work, not as standalone services. Engagements range from custom development to staff augmentation.

We typically start with short discovery workshops to ensure we're a match, then expand the partnership across relevant teams and work streams. We'd rather be a client's partner than their project vendor.

Why we believe in this role

  • Your network, our delivery. When your contacts need engineering capacity, we can put a proven team in place quickly, with a depth most boutique firms can't staff.
  • Outcomes over optics. We're early in the US, so you work directly with leadership, decisions move fast, and there's little bureaucracy in the way.
  • A way in that isn't a cold pitch. Fixed-fee workshops and rapid AI prototypes give your existing contacts a low-risk first step.
  • Upside that grows with what you build. Uncapped commission on the work you open, continuing as those accounts grow.
  • A hand in shaping the business. Teammates who join now help shape how we refine our vertical offerings, grow territories, and engage new customers.

What you'll do

  • Open new client relationships with technology leaders, starting with your own network and growing beyond it.
  • Run discovery with our US-based Product Solutions teammates and shape proposals around real problems.
  • Turn first engagements into long-term partnerships.
  • Forecast honestly and keep your pipeline current.
  • Help shape how we go to market in the US.

Qualifications

  • A relevant network. Relationships with technology and product leaders at companies that build software. People who would take your call because they know you as a trusted advisor.
  • A desire to build. You seek solutions through collaboration and embrace the tradeoffs of a growing business. You find ambiguity energizing, not just tolerable.
  • A partner and collaborator. You put clients' interests first, working alongside our solutions and delivery teams.
  • Respect for shipping software. You don't need to be technical, but you understand how software decisions impact a client's customers and bottom line.
  • Humble and curious. You've done meaningful work and always want to get better.

Backgrounds that have had success here: founders and operators, consultants and advisors seeking a home, and sellers from tech services firms who want less bureaucracy.

Traditional sales experience welcome, but not required. Some of our best people are entrepreneurs who didn't realize they were salespeople.

What's still evolving

Our US brand awareness isn't yet at the level of larger firms, and there is not a BDR/SDR team booking meetings for you. We have deep, relevant delivery experience to draw on, but our internal sales and marketing systems are still catching up. That makes this role best suited to entrepreneurial people with deep connections and a track record of generating their own opportunities.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary of $150,000–$200,000, based on experience.
  • Uncapped commission on the gross profit of work you open, plus year-one milestone bonuses during your ramp.
  • We'll walk you through realistic earnings scenarios, including the slower early months.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance covered at 80%.
  • 401(k) and flexible PTO.
  • Remote within the US, in Eastern or Central time zones, with occasional travel.

If you have the network and are intrigued by what we offer, we welcome the opportunity to meet.

*We believe Senior Client Partner reflects the right mix of strategic partnering and business development for this role; however, we recognize Senior Account Executive often matches this type of role in the market. We reference both to ensure we reach as many relevant people as we can. For those who have seen it listed as a Senior AE, it is the same role.
