Key Responsibilities

• Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday, with optional Saturday shifts from 7 AM to 3:30 PM.
• Manage a patient load of 18 to 20 individuals daily.
• Provide care for patients aged 5 and older.
• Conduct chronic disease management and preventative screenings.
• Deliver well-woman and well-child care, including vaccinations.
• Handle same-day appointments and sick visits.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Active medical license and relevant certifications.
• Experience in chronic disease management and preventative care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
