Blueprint Dentistry is a privately owned, modern dental practice seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist RDH who enjoys building long-term patient relationships and providing high-quality preventive care .

Unlike many offices, we are a non-corporate private practice that is out-of-network with insurance, allowing us to focus on patient experience, education, and comprehensive care rather than production quotas .

We are looking for a hygienist who enjoys connecting with patients, working in a positive team environment, and practicing dentistry without being rushed.

Schedule

• 3–4 days per week
• Flexible schedule options
• One patient at a time with appropriate appointment lengths

Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
• Take digital radiographs
• Conduct periodontal charting
• Educate patients on oral health and prevention
• Assist in co-diagnosis with the dentist
• Maintain accurate patient dental hygiene records

Qualifications

• Registered Dental Hygienist license RDH
• Licensed in Michigan
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Team-oriented attitude
• Passion for preventive dentistry and patient relationships
