Role Overview Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by others. Coordinates patient care with various departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and upholds organizational standards and values. Responsibilities Administers direct patient care in a full-time RN capacity. Collaborates with healthcare team to ensure quality care. Evaluates care outcomes and adjusts as necessary. Maintains confidentiality and advocates for patient rights. Qualifications & Skills Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN). Current RN licensure in the state or applicable compact licensure. BLS certification; additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS) may be required based on unit. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform related tasks. Key Duties Deliver safe, effective patient care aligned with organizational standards.
