Principal Infrastructure Engineer

Must a US Citizen or Green Card Holder able to get onsite in MT. Enterprise Environment We’re looking for a hands-on Infrastructure Engineer to own and support core systems across a complex environment. This role blends project work, system design, and high‑level troubleshooting, with strong autonomy and visibility across the business. What You’ll Do Design, implement, and maintain enterprise infrastructure (servers, networking, virtualization) Lead and execute projects from planning through deployment Provide Tier3 support for critical system and performance issues Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server environments Support network infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewalls Partner with teams and vendors to ensure reliability, security, and performance Create and maintain clear documentation, diagrams, and best practices Drive continuous improvements and modernization efforts What You Bring 5+ years of infrastructure / systems engineering experience Strong experience with Windows Server, virtualization, and enterprise networking Solid troubleshooting skills across systems and network layers Experience with documentation, change management, and project delivery Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast‑moving environment Nice to Have Azure or cloud exposure Industry certifications (MCSA, Azure Admin, etc.) Experience with Linux/Unix environments or SAN/storage systems An Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
