Senior Engineering ManagerHybrid Location: Greenwood Village, ColoradoResponsibilities:Lead and mentor engineering staff to design, implement, maintain, enhance and troubleshoot product delivery platformsDirect engineering support across system locations for both established and emerging technologies while ensuring adherence to operating standardsCollaborate with Construction, Dispatch, Warehouse, Technical Operations and Care operations to optimize customer experienceAdvise managers on technical operations and strategic planning for network rebuilds, operations, and new product development and deploymentEnsure compliance with engineering standards, policies and procedures and maintain relations with local utilities, vendors, contractors and government agenciesOversee capital budget processes to ensure projects are cost-effective, on schedule and within budgetProvide quality assurance guidance to engineering staff in accordance with technical quality assurance standards and FCC regulationsDevelop an effective front-line leadership team and support their growth to drive high performanceQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience3+ years of project management and leadership work experience3+ years of related leadership experience7+ years of engineering fiber/coax or networking experienceStrong understanding of 5G architecture including Core and RAN componentsKnowledge of automation and scripting (Python, Ansible, etc.)Experience with network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance analysis toolsFamiliarity with ticketing systems and operational workflowAbility to read, write and communicate effectively in EnglishAbility to make decisions and solve problems under pressure
