Registered Nurse Home Health

$2148.80/week – Job Summary:Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, focusing on promoting health, managing chronic conditions, and ensuring patient safety and comfort.Responsibilities:Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans according to physician orders and patient needs.Administer treatments and medications, including PICC lines, ports, trachs, and PleurX systems.Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medication usage, and self-care techniques.Complete OASIS documentation accurately and in compliance with Medicare guidelines.Maintain documentation and record-keeping in accordance with agency protocols and regulatory requirements.Adhere to infection control standards and ensure patient safety during visits.Qualifications:Hold an active MI RN license, with no pending ETA, and meet all licensing requirements.Possess at least 1 year of home health nursing experience, including familiarity with Medicare OASIS documentation.Demonstrate proficiency with PICC, port, trach, and PleurX patient procedures.Be certified in BLS; AHA CPR preferred.Have recent Epic EMR experience, with completion of training in orientation.Willing to provide proof of high school education.Benefits & Growth:Access to ongoing training and certifications, including trauma and emergency response modules.Opportunity to work independently in a home-based environment with flexible scheduling.Supportive team environment focused on professional development and career advancement.Benefits Day 1 Medical, Dental, and Vision insuranceTravel reimbursement for assignmentsPaid sick leave and additional valuable benefitsAccess to our $1,000 Inspire a Friend Referral Program Why TactStaff?
