Speech Language Pathologist - Full Time

We’re looking for an experienced SLP to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA, or willingness to complete CFY as applicable. State Speech-Language Pathology license required or willingness to obtain state licensure prior to start. BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Preferred minimum 2 years of clinical experience, ideally with pediatric populations and experience treating autism and child development needs. New graduates with clinical internships or practicum experience will be considered. Experience managing challenging behaviors, including aggression, in pediatric clinical settings. Experience working in outpatient settings preferred. Experience or interest in inpatient pediatric care is beneficial due to potential program growth. Position Overview Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). Settings: Primarily pediatric practice serving ages approximately 7–17, focusing on autism and child development; services provided in outpatient and some inpatient settings. Caseload: Primarily 1:1 sessions. Current caseloads may be intensive due to staffing shortages. Openings: One position available. Outpatient offering more hours and variable schedules as noted. Department: Five SLPs at this center; 20 SLPs across related departments; potential inpatient expansion by Fall 2026. Compensation is based on experience and credentials.
