IT Support Specialist Bilingual

Salary: $62,500 - 90,500 per year Requirements:

• We require bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, including reading, writing, and speaking.
• We look for at least 1 year of experience in technical support or an IT help desk role; internship or volunteer experience is acceptable.
• We expect working knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Intune.
• We need strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• We require a valid drivers license, dependable transportation, and willingness to travel to client locations in the region.
• We need the ability to lift and move IT equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. and work in a variety of physical environments.
• We value a team-oriented mindset and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• We prefer completion of some college coursework in IT, computer science, or a related field; a degree is preferred.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ are preferred.
• Familiarity with current versions of Windows Server is beneficial.
• Understanding of networking technologies, including routers, switches, LAN/WAN protocols such as Ethernet, and VPN/RDP protocols is helpful.

• We provide technical support for incidents and service requests involving hardware, software, and network issues.
• We troubleshoot and resolve desktop and laptop setups, peripheral maintenance, network printer configuration, line-of-business software issues, and general printer repairs.
• We manage deployments for enterprise workstations and tablets.
• We create and monitor service tickets, escalating issues when appropriate to teammates, vendors, or third-party support providers.
• We work closely with users to clarify issues, set expectations, and deliver outstanding service.
• We report client concerns or quality issues to management to support continuous improvement.
• We perform Active Directory user administration and collaborate with teammates to meet service delivery objectives.
• We take on additional duties as assigned.
• We strive to resolve incidents within agreed service levels, keep ticketing updates accurate and timely, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
