A Level / Level 3 is PREFERRED with 3-5+ Years Experience

• Master/A Level Earnings Potential of $110,000 to $130,000/year! (based on exp/skills/certs)
• Master/A Level FLAT RATES $31/hr to $45/hr (based on exp/skills/certs)
• B Level Earning Potential of $80,000 to $110,000 (based on exp/skills/certs)
• B Level FLAT RATES $27/hr to $30/hr (based on exp/skills/certs)

Auto Finance Center: We are a successful, pre-owned/independent Buy-Here-Pay-Here dealer with multiple locations in NC, SC, VA, MD, & TX. Business is BOOMING at Auto Finance Center in Indian Trail, NC ! As a result, our service team is GROWING and we are seeking Highly Skilled Service Technicians/Mechanics .

We Offer:

• Diagnostic work is paid with a 1.5 multiplier! So NO MONEY LOST performing Diagnostics!
• Master/A Level FLAT RATES $31/hr to $45/hr w/ Earnings Potential of $110k to $130k/yr (based on exp/skills/certs)
• B Level FLAT RATES $27/hr to $30/hr w/ Earnings Potential of $80k to $110k/yr (based on exp/skills/certs)
• 5 Day Work Week! NO WEEKENDS! (Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm. On HOT SUMMER DAYS 7am to 3pm)
• TONS of work! There are ALWAYS vehicles to work on, so you can WRITE YOUR OWN PAYCHECK!
• A/Level 3/Master/High-Level techs can get 2 bays to work from!
• NOT a high-pressure work environment, as very few repairs are for customer vehicles. 95% of repairs are for inventory/get-ready repairs.

What We Seek:

• Master/A Level/Level 3 is PREFERRED
• 3-5+ Years Professional Shop Experience (Franchise or Independent Dealer, Secondary Shop, or non-professional setting)
• Good Diagnostic Skills
• Engine & Transmission Removal & Repair work Experience
• Engine & Transmission Rebuilds a HUGE Plus
• Honda and Toyota Experience or Certifications are a PLUS
• Any ASE Certifications are a PLUS but NOT Required
• Any Manufacturer Certifications are a PLUS but NOT Required
• Prior Experience in a RECON shop is a PLUS
• NC State Inspector License is a HUGE PLUS
• Auto Technology degree is a PLUS
• Own basic set of hand tools are REQUIRED
