About This Role The Staff Nurse II - Labor and Delivery is a professional caregiver responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients during labor and delivery. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who are dedicated to patient advocacy and teamwork. Highlights Pay: $90 - $107/hour Location: Walnut Creek, CA Facility: Kaiser Permanente Schedule: Full Time What You'll Do Perform assessment/data collection focusing on various patient statuses. Formulate a goal-directed plan of care when appropriate. Implement care in a thorough and consistent manner. Establish priorities for patient care based on needs and resources. Identify patient/family learning needs and act to meet them. Demonstrate awareness of patient/family rights and cultural beliefs. Provide/coordinate care for patients and patient populations. Establish effective working relationships with healthcare team members. Delegate appropriately and coordinate duties of healthcare team members. Evaluate effectiveness of care given by healthcare team members.
