What You Will Enjoy Doing

This role requires you to work on-site at our Danbury, CT HQ for 15-25 hours/wk for 8 weeks. In this role you will support Linde's executive social media presence, with a focus on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. Draft, edit, and refine posts, articles, and thought leadership content aligned with Linde's voice and company messaging. Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing communications that align executive messaging with broader brand campaigns. Partner with relevant teams, including Communications, to ensure consistency across social media, internal communications, and external campaigns. Research industry trends, leadership topics, and competitive positioning to inform content strategy. Help manage a content calendar that integrates Linde's executive communications with marketing initiatives and key business priorities. Support development of messaging for campaigns, announcements, employee communications, and speaking engagements. Monitor engagement and performance metrics, providing insights to optimize both social media and marketing communications efforts. Identify opportunities to elevate Linde's executive voice in support of brand awareness, employer branding, and thought leadership.

What Makes You Great

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Journalism, or a related field. Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills; experience drafting professional or thought leadership content preferred. Strong judgment and ability to handle sensitive or high-visibility content with discretion. Familiarity with LinkedIn and executive social media best practices. Strong research and analytical skills; an understanding of analytics tools and performance tracking is preferred. Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.) preferred. Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage shifting priorities.
