Tuesday Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (Texas) - Bilingual, Spanish to join our remote care team. This role supports a value-based palliative care model, delivering person-centered assessments and coordinating care from home with occasional onsite sessions in Texas. The RN will lead care planning, participate in rounds, and ensure a seamless member experience using our electronic systems.
