We are an insurance technology and distribution platform transforming the life insurance industry. We have developed a paperless, data-driven underwriting process that allows many policies to be issued in minutes, and our advisors have access to technology, automation, training, and a steady flow of client opportunities.

We are one of the largest distributors of digital life insurance policies in the world, with an in-house marketing team generating exclusive client requests for our advisors.

We are transforming the life insurance industry through technology and business systems that create a frictionless experience for clients while giving advisors the tools, training, and support they need to build successful businesses.

Client Acquisition

Our in-house marketing team generates approximately 20,000 new client requests per week, exclusively for our advisors.

Our marketing includes targeted digital campaigns and direct mail sent to homeowners. Interested consumers personally respond by submitting an online request, scanning a QR code, or calling to request additional information.

There is no traditional cold calling. You will primarily work with consumers who have expressed interest in learning about their insurance options.

Appointments can be conducted virtually from home using Zoom and our technology platform.

What You'll Do

As a Client Advisor, you will:

• Connect with individuals and families who have requested information
• Conduct virtual consultations to understand their needs
• Educate clients about available life insurance solutions
• Help clients complete applications using our digital platform
• Follow up with clients throughout the application process
• Manage your opportunities using our technology-driven CRM
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development

Full-time advisors typically connect with approximately 10–15 families per week. Some advisors begin part-time and transition to full-time as they build their business.

Training & Support

No prior insurance experience is required.

We provide a structured onboarding and training program designed to teach you our business from the ground up.

You will receive:

• Step-by-step training on our sales process and client experience
• Training on our CRM, technology platform, and automation tools
• Live virtual training and coaching every week
• Proven scripts, presentations, and sales frameworks
• Hands-on support as you begin working with clients
• Guidance through the insurance licensing process if you are not currently licensed
• Ongoing mentorship from experienced advisors and agency leaders
• Continued training focused on sales skills, product knowledge, and business development

You will not be expected to figure this business out on your own. We provide the systems, technology, training, and coaching. You bring the work ethic, willingness to learn, and consistent activity.

Technology That Works for You

Our advisors have access to a technology-driven CRM that helps manage client requests, appointments, follow-up, and applications.

We also offer a Direct-to-Consumer platform that allows clients to purchase coverage online through an advisor's unique link.

When a client purchases through your link, you receive the commission on the sale.

This gives advisors another way to generate business through referrals, social media, existing relationships, and clients who prefer to purchase coverage on their own time.

Real-time dashboards allow you to track applications and monitor your business from one place.

Advisor Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor opportunity. There is no salary or hourly wage.

Compensation varies based on production, products sold, carrier contracts, and individual performance.

The average compensation is approximately $1,000 per issued client application. Full-time advisors may enroll several clients per week, while top-performing advisors may serve significantly more.

Additional earning opportunities may include:

There is no cap on earnings.
