Somnia Anesthesia is seeking a skilled Anesthesiologist to join their team in Long Beach, CA. Practice Info 10 ORs 2 OBs 427 beds Level II Trauma Center Average 7,388 cases 1,055 births annually Cases include general, ortho, urology, hearts, heads, trauma, neuro, peds, and OB (100 deliveries a month) Clinicians get exposure to a wide variety of cases Responsibilities Provide direct anesthesia services to Center patients Work 100% clinical Manage incidents or complications Communicate with onsite Medical Director on questions regarding safety and policy and procedure protocols Assist and collaborate with peers efficiently and effectively to ensure smooth patient care and safety Compensation Annual base compensation $577,500 $20,000 sign-on Additional earning for call Relocation assistance/allowance available up to $10,000 for out-of-state or out-of-area candidates (*receipts required) Referral bonus of up to $5,000 if hired Benefits 8 weeks PTO CME - Up to $5,000 additional 1 week off for CME related activities Health Dental Vision Life Disability 401(k) Flexible spending accounts Medical professional liability insurance Shift & Schedule Starts 7 am to 5 pm and/or 7 am to 7 pm Typical day when not on call runs 7 am to 5 pm Call 1x or 2x a week/post call off Backup call - response call within 30 minutes Requirements Active state license DEA State CDS Board certified required ACLS PALS BLSaa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
