This role owns PNC's Next Best Action (NBA) capabilities, a strategic platform that influences most customer engagement plans and serves as a primary driver of growth, customer experience, and marketing effectiveness.The successful candidate will define and execute the vision for real-time decisioning, audience targeting, personalization, and journey optimization while leading a team of product managers responsible for a portfolio of interconnected products and platforms. This leader will partner closely with Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, Technology, Digital, and Line of Business stakeholders to ensure decision strategies translate into measurable business outcomes.The core technology ecosystem includes Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH), Adobe Journey Orchestrator (AJO), channel integration services, and supporting data and ETL platforms. Next Best Action decisioning, audience activation, and journey orchestration are foundational capabilities within the evolving customer interaction strategy.
