Electrical Engineer

Position Overview

The Electrical Engineer supports schematic capture and PCB layout for test and verification hardware used in the development of a new product line. The role includes component selection, board bring-up, troubleshooting, and close collaboration with engineering teams to validate product performance. 

Key Responsibilities

• Designing electrical components and systems, including schematic capture and routing layout for digital, RF/analog, and mixed signal printed circuit boards
• Performing engineering analyses
• Fabricating, assembling, and qualifying first article engineering prototypes
• Developing and executing test plans and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or related technical field)
• 3+ years of overall engineering experience
• Experience designing printed circuit boards, including schematic capture and routing layout in CAD software (e.g., Altium)
• Experience developing electronics test requirements, plans, and procedures at the system and component level

Desired Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or related technical field)
• Experience with battery systems testing, validation, and safe integration
• Active Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI Clearance

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is $100,000 – $120,000, based on relevant experience, qualifications, and other applicable factors. The compensation range provided is a general guideline and is not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
