Machine Operator Day Shift

Machine Operator – Laurinburg, NC Olsten Staffing Olsten Staffing is currently seeking reliable and mechanically inclined Machine Operators for a growing facility in Laurinburg, NC. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, operating equipment, and working in a fast-paced production environment. Schedule: Monday - Friday: 6:30am-5:30pm Saturday: 6:30am-5:30pm Overtime may be required. Job Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and maintain production machinery Monitor equipment to ensure machines are producing high-quality products Ensure production runs efficiently and at full capacity Perform routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting Follow Lock Out / Tag Out (LOTO) safety procedures Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Report equipment issues or concerns to the work leader or supervisor Follow all EWPI safety rules and company policies Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Excellent attendance and reliability required Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to read machine and electrical layouts Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work overtime as needed Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment Why Work With Olsten Staffing?
