Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Sign on Bonus: $10,000 Job Type: Full Time, Nights Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Join Anderson Rehabilitation Institute to provide exceptional care to patients in our acute rehabilitation environment. How You’ll Make an Impact Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (Assessment, Planning, Intervention, Evaluation). Collaborate closely with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team to create personalized care plans. Monitor and communicate changes in patient conditions to physicians, supervisors, and colleagues. Play a key role in the discharge planning process to support safe, successful transitions. Qualifications and Requirements Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program. Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse. CPR/BCLS certification (ACLS preferred). Minimum six months of medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting (preferred).
