Job Title

Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical

Location

Thomasville, GA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 4x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Every Other Weekend | Float

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical setting
• Float to units as needed based on facility staffing requirements
• Perform charge nurse duties as required
• Complete up to 8 hours of non-billable onboarding modules via HealthStream prior to start date
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Soarian EMR

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required; if pending, proof that the process is underway must be provided
• Minimum 2 years of recent Medical Surgical experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Proficiency with general Medical Surgical nursing skills and charge nurse responsibilities
• Royal blue scrubs required (not provided)
• Minimal to no requested time off; especially around holidays

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Familiarity with Soarian EMR
