Information Technology Specialist

We are seeking an IT Generalist / Desktop Support professional for a great client of ours in Columbia, SC. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work, thrives in a hands-on environment, and prefers wearing multiple hats. Key Responsibilities: Provide desktop and end-user support for Windows environments and limited macOS systems Support Microsoft Office applications and general productivity tools Perform user setup and teardown, including onboarding and offboarding Assist with hardware cleanup, device preparation, installations, and imaging Support and troubleshoot label printers, copiers, and general office peripherals Manage and work within SharePoint and ticketing systems (ManageEngine) Provide basic support for reporting and systems such as Power BI and SSRS (if applicable) Support and maintain Bartender labeling software Respond quickly to help desk needs and troubleshoot issues efficiently Assist with general IT projects and operational tasks as needed Required Skills & Experience: Familiarity with basic macOS support Experience supporting Microsoft Office environments Hands-on experience with: Hardware installation and troubleshooting Imaging and device setup Printers, copiers, and label printers Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt quickly Excellent customer service and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Find Great People | FGP
