You will play a critical role in keeping our production lines running, focusing on catalogs, commercial print, and educational materials. Your Responsibilities Diagnose and repair complex electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues to minimize production downtime. Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, schematics, and ladder logic for fault isolation. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance using a variety of hand, power tools, and test equipment. Work closely with production teams to prioritize work orders, facilitate changeovers, and reduce repeat equipment failures. Document maintenance activities and suggest reliability improvements. Schedule Nights: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday, 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. What You Bring to the Table 4-6+ years of experience in maintaining and installing industrial equipment, both electrical and mechanical. Hands‑on expertise with high-voltage systems, electronics troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs. Proficiency in reading electrical and mechanical drawings and adherence to lockout/tagout safety procedures. A proactive attitude with the ability to follow instructions, make sound decisions, and function effectively within a team. Flexibility to work 12‑hour night shifts and overtime as necessary. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with electrical codes and experience with PLCs (troubleshooting and programming). Working knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics systems. Experience in welding and light fabrication. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods and engage in frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, and squatting. Capability to lift up to 50 lbs as necessary.
