Role Description We are seeking a full‑time Project Estimator to join our on‑site team located in Battle Ground, WA. The Project Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and managing budgets. This role involves developing project estimates, reviewing bid opportunities, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and delivering comprehensive proposals to meet project goals. Qualifications Strong skills in Construction Estimating and Project Estimation Proficiency in Cost Management and Budgeting techniques Exceptional Communication skills to collaborate with team members, clients, and vendors Proficiency in construction estimating software and tools is preferred Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines Relevant experience in construction projects is highly valued Strong analytical and organizational abilities Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience may be considered #J-18808-Ljbffr Shearer Construction
