Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related discipline
• Active state SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure
• Holding or working toward ASHA CCC is highly valued; CFY candidates encouraged to apply
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
• Comfortable providing in-person and/or teletherapy services
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Commitment to fostering student growth and academic success

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy services in-person or via teletherapy platforms
• Partner with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate student success
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with school and district requirements
• Offer guidance and support to staff and parents regarding strategies for improved communication
• Participate in IEP meetings and ongoing professional development
