Immediate Maintenance Technician Opening!
We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to support a clean, well-organized manufacturing facility. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working with a variety of equipment, and keeping operations running efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and HVAC systems
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
- Diagnose issues using schematics, PLCs, and mechanical knowledge
- Complete emergency repairs quickly and safely to keep production running
- Install and maintain equipment such as forklifts, hoists, scales, and production machinery
- Fabricate or repair parts using shop equipment (lathes, mills, welders, torches)
- Service three-phase electrical systems, hydraulics, and power transmission components
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation
- Document maintenance, inspections, and repairs accurately
- Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout
✅ What You Bring
- Experience troubleshooting industrial mechanical and electrical equipment
- Strong understanding of three-phase power and electrical systems
- PLC troubleshooting experience
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
- Experience with hydraulics, rotating equipment, and power transmission
- Welding and fabrication skills
- Knowledge of HVAC systems
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
➕ Preferred Experience
- Manufacturing or industrial maintenance background
- Experience with forklifts, hoists, scales, or similar equipment
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
⏰ Schedule
- Training: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (first ~6 months)
- After Training: 2-2-3 rotation, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lenoir, NC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
