Express Employment Professionals is currently recruitng for our Falconer, NY client.


We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Warehouse Attendant. The ideal candidate will have previous inventory experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to provide excellent customer service. This position involves maintaining accurate inventory records, assisting customers, receiving and distributing materials, and ensuring the warehouse remains organized and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Pull, pack, and prepare orders for customers and deliveries.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone with product inquiries and order pickups.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and storage areas.
• Load and unload trucks as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Support other warehouse and logistics functions as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse and inventory control experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems preferred.
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Hours are M-F 8 am to 4 pm and pay is BOE $18-$20.00/hr
