Server / Counter Service Team Member

Rosewood Market + Deli | Columbia, SC | Full-Time or Part-Time

Pay: $15/hour + tips

We're looking for a Server who loves great food and genuinely enjoys taking care of people. You'll be the face of our service line, presenting fresh menu items and making sure every customer feels taken care of.

What You'll Do:

• Present and serve fresh menu items with quality and consistency
• Guide customers through our menu with friendly, knowledgeable service
• Keep the service area clean, stocked, and running smoothly
• Support the kitchen team so every shift runs efficiently

What We're Looking For:

• Must be available from 11am - 3pm
• Friendly, approachable, and genuinely enjoys people
• Calm and efficient during busy rushes
• Dependable and punctual (weekends, no Sundays)
• Team player who pitches in wherever needed
• Serving experience a plus, but we'll train the right person

Requirements:

• Must wear closed-toe, slip resistant shoes
• Must have a high energy level, be self motivated, and a natural troubleshooter
• Has a passion for food and using the best ingredients
• Adheres to all SC Department of Agriculture requirements including following rules of cooling, time control of temperature and storing food properly
• Must communicate by Homebase and email
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs
• Is an active part of the Rosewood Market Team, adhering to high standards of service, quality, and presentation
