What You'll Do * Build meaningful relationships with customers by understanding their needs, preferences, and lifestyle. * Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchasing process with a professional, consultative approach. * Become a Cadillac product expert, confidently presenting vehicle features, advanced technology, and the latest innovations. * Deliver engaging, high-quality vehicle demonstrations and personalized test drives. * Engage with customers through showroom visits, phone calls, text messages, emails, and online inquiries. * Proactively manage leads, follow up with prospective buyers, and identify new sales opportunities. * Utilize our customer relationship management (CRM) system to maintain relationships and deliver consistent follow-up. * Create an exceptional ownership experience that encourages repeat business, referrals, and long-term customer loyalty. * Collaborate with sales management and other dealership departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. * Meet and exceed individual and team sales performance goals. Automotive sales experience is a plus. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and an acceptable driving record.
