A new roof isn't always the answer. We need someone who knows that — and can prove it to the people writing the check.

Tillotson protects buildings from the top down and the ground up: commercial roofing and coatings, siding, insulation, foundation repair, and concrete lifting. We don't sell the biggest ticket. We sell the right fix — and very often that's restoration, not replacement.

We're looking for a Building Envelope Advisor who can walk a roof, read a foundation, and then sit across the table from an owner, a property manager, or a board and make it make sense. The people approving the budget usually aren't standing under the leak. Your job is to bring the problem to them in plain language, lay out real options with real numbers, and help them make a decision they'll be glad they made.

You'll thrive here if you:

• Diagnose before you prescribe — coatings, repair, restoration, or replacement, whatever the building actually needs
• Talk budgets comfortably: capital plans, phasing, cost of waiting, lifecycle cost
• Map the decision-maker tree fast — who feels the problem, who influences, who signs
• Translate technical findings into a story a CFO, HOA board, or facilities director can act on
• Build long-term relationships instead of chasing one-time jobs
