Family Medicine Physician

We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our growing outpatient team in Duluth, Georgia. This position offers a flexible, patient-focused schedule with extended weekday hours and minimal weekend commitment-without any on-call responsibilities. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering high-quality, comprehensive care and thrives in a collaborative clinical environment.
Schedule:- 3 weekdays per week (Monday-Friday): 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- 1 weekend every other week: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- No on-call responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to an adult population
- Perform routine exams, including Pap smears, and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Counsel patients on preventive care and overall wellness
- Evaluate and treat urgent care needs within a primary care setting
- Collaborate with the care team to support quality outcomes
- Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
- Manage a patient volume of approximately 2-2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins
- Maintain professionalism in all patient and team interactions
- $230,000 - $280,000 + 20-30% incentive
