• Branch Pride: Maintain a clean, organized, professional branch and warehouse. You take initiative to improve the branch because it is your branch.
• Collaborative Success: Work as a cohesive team to meet branch profit goals. Support your fellow associates by assisting with deliveries, shipping, and receiving as needed.
• Continuous Learning: Take ownership of your technical growth. Actively participate in training programs for the latest trade products and technologies to better serve our customers.

• Work-Life Balance: We offer competitive paid time off, consistent daytime hours, and are closed on Sundays, so you can enjoy life outside of work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A "mechanically minded" individual with a desire to learn the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC trades.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to building long-term customer relationships.
• A high school diploma or GED, the ability to pass a background check, Drug screen, and a DOT (Department of Transportation) physical.
