What You’ll Do Lead all front-of-house and back-of-house operations Drive guest satisfaction and deliver exceptional hospitality Coach, mentor, and develop a large team in a high-volume environment Organize and supervise shifts while maintaining efficiency and morale Manage inventory, labor, sanitation, and operational standards Monitor financial performance and control costs Handle guest concerns professionally and effectively Promote a positive, energetic, team‑focused culture Lead by example and uphold brand standards at all times What We’re Looking For 4+ years of General Manager experience in a high‑volume restaurant Experience managing teams of 40+ employees Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Extensive food & beverage knowledge Proven ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments Strong understanding of restaurant financials and inventory systems Comfortable coaching, delegating, and holding teams accountable Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Available nights, weekends, and holidays What Makes You a Great Fit You’re dependable, driven, hospitality-focused, and know how to inspire a team.
