Travel RN in Long-Term Care

Travel RN in long-term care providing compassionate nursing to residents for a 13-week assignment in Benson, Minnesota. Responsible for medication administration, care plan development, and daily support while maintaining documentation and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient conditions and interventions

Execute medication administration and treatment procedures following safety guidelines

Assist residents with daily activities, ensuring comfort and dignity

Qualifications:

Valid RN license in Minnesota

BLS certification

PALS certification (if applicable)

Minimum 1 year recent geriatric or long-term care nursing experience

Experience working in LTC or geriatric setting

Proven ability to manage multiple residents and complex care plans

Ability to work 12-hour day shifts 6am-6:30pm

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to stand, walk, perform physical tasks for extended periods

Preferred Skills:

ACLS certification (preferred but not mandatory)
