Electronic Assembler - $16/Hour - Houston, PA


Full-Time | 1st Shift | No Experience Required | Paid Training


Express Employment Professionals is hiring Electronic Assemblers for a well-established manufacturing company in the Houston, PA area . This is a full-time Electronic Assembler job offering $16.00 per hour , paid on-the-job training, and opportunities for long-term growth.


No previous electronics or manufacturing experience is required! The right candidates will receive hands-on training and cross-training in multiple areas, including SMT Machine Operation and Burn Room operations , while building valuable skills in electronics manufacturing and PCB assembly.

Electronic Assembler Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) using color-coded assembly instructions
• Install mechanical and electronic components using hand tools, torque drivers, pop riveters, and air tools
• Inspect components and finished assemblies for accuracy and quality
• Perform basic go/no-go testing on completed assemblies
• Read and follow written and verbal work instructions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
• Cross-train in multiple manufacturing departments
• Perform other duties as assigned

Electronic Assembler Qualifications

• No previous experience required - paid training provided
• Manufacturing, production, electronics, or assembly experience is a plus but not required
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills
• Ability to identify color-coded components
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
• Must be able to pass a background screening

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $16.00/hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Hours: 7:30 AM-3:30 PM
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Location: Houston, PA
• Training: Paid on-the-job training
