About the Opportunity

We are seeking a high-performance Sales Representative for our new Texas Division , ideally with previous experience selling Food Trucks, concession trailers, or high-ticket mobile kitchen equipment .

This is a unique opportunity to build the Texas sales pipeline from one of the strongest brands in the U.S. food truck industry .

All leads in Texas come from inbound marketing, partnerships, and direct referrals. You will receive pre-qualified, high-intent prospects —no cold calling.

This role is on-site and requires a self-motivated closer who understands the industry, the customer profile, and the unique buying process of mobile food entrepreneurs.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and convert pre-qualified leads interested in building food trucks or concession trailers.
• Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations using our scripts, templates, and tools.
• Leverage your knowledge of the Food Truck industry to guide clients through layouts, equipment, compliance, and customization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local partners.
• Use our CRM (Zoho) to track leads, follow-ups, and deal status.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Represent UFT professionally in the Texas market and during client visits.
• Gather market feedback to help grow the Texas division.

Compensation

Commission Only
Average earnings $120,000+/year (Top performers exceed this)

Requirements

• Experience selling Food Trucks or concession trailers (highly preferred)
• Proven sales experience (B2B or B2C, high-ticket sales ideal)
• Knowledge of food truck layouts, equipment, and compliance (plus)
• Strong closing skills and ability to manage high-volume leads
• Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred, not mandatory)
• High energy, goal-driven, disciplined personality
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work on-site in Texas (no remote work)
• CRM experience (Zoho preferred)

Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 8 AM – 5 PM
• Saturday availability depending on client needs
• On-site position (no remote work)
